When you place an order for custom-cut materials, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the measurements provided.

  • Production: We begin processing custom orders shortly after they are placed.

  • Accuracy: We aim for a cutting tolerance of +/- 2mm

  • Modifications: Once a custom order has entered the production phase, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

  • We accept payment via all major credit cards and debit cards.

  • Full payment is required before any goods are dispatched or custom cutting begins.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these, they are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order at checkout.

  • Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your specified address.

5. Cancellation and Returns

Your right to cancel orders is governed by our Refunds Policy.

  • Standard Items: 30-day return period.

  • Custom Items: No returns or cancellations once production has started, unless the item is faulty or does not match the specifications ordered.

6. Limitation of Liability

SDP Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, delayed delivery, or inaccuracies in measurements provided by the customer. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
